The Versa is the most popular model in the UK and makes for a great camping, patio, or emergency preparedness cooking solution. A fully insulated vertical combustion chamber forces gases to mix with flames when in use, decreasing harmful emissions whilst giving tremendous fuel efficiency. The combustion chamber and top door insulation is lined with a refractory metal to provide ultimate durability. Both the main combustion chamber door and the damper door (bottom door) have reinforced metal frames with hinges that serve to securely close the doors and regulate airflow. Lastly, the Versa features EcoZooms newly designed three-prong stove top and stainless steel handles. The new flattened prongs decrease the chance of chipping the cast iron top while still offering the ability to cook with a flat or rounded bottom pot/pan. The new rigid stainless steel handles are covered with silicone grips to ensure they stay cool even when the stove is hot great for shaking out the ash. Adding adjustable doors to a Rocket stove allows for control of the air that enters the fire to speed up or slow down the rate of gas air combustion. More air is needed to start a cold fire and to create a hot fire initially. Once the fire is going, partially closing the bottom door limits the air, increases heat transfer to the pot and reduces harmful emissions.

The Power Ring increases the efficiency of your EcoZoom rocket stove. Simply fasten the metal ring around the bottom of your straight sided pot or pan before setting it on top of your stove. The Power Ring forces the heat to be transferred from the combustion chamber of the stove to not only the bottom of your pot/pan, but also the the sides of your cookware. When fastened to the bottom of your pot or pan, the Power Ring increases the efficiency of your stove by up to 25% meaning you use less fuel while maximizing your heat transfer. Reduces the cooling effect of wind when cooking in exposed locations. The the power ring is an important part of the rocket stove effect as it channels residual flue gas up the sides of your pot, thus increasing heat gain from the fire and reducing heat loss from the pot. If efficiency is your goal then using a power ring gets the most from your fire.
